Q. I'd like to register for MIF.

A. You can register for the standard MIF at "https://mifitem.hppsalon.co.jp/products/mif-studio".

*ATBS members can register at a special price. Please register by pressing the "MIF Meditation Studio Details & Participation Here" button from the "Main Menu" of the official MIF LINE account.

 

Q. Please tell me the times for meditation.

A. We hold meditation sessions according to the following schedule:

Morning: 6:00 AM - 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Noon: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM

Night: 9:30 PM - 10:00 PM, 11:30 PM - 12:00 AM

*The session times vary by day of the week. For details, please check by pressing the "MIF Meditation Studio Details & Participation Here" button from the "Main Menu" of the official MIF LINE account.

 

In our daily meditation sessions, we practice "Serene Mind Meditation," which helps us gain awareness to resolve stress, and "Soul Sync Meditation," which helps us manifest intentions from a beautiful state of consciousness.

Additionally, on the second and fourth Wednesdays from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, we hold a special program called "Deepening a Beautiful State of Consciousness."

Archives of the "Deepening a Beautiful State of Consciousness" sessions are available, so you can attend them later if you are unable to participate on the day.

Q. I registered for MIF, but I don't know how to participate.

A. When you registered, you should have received an email with the subject "Confirmation of your order Order number #〇〇〇〇" from "MIF ITEM". If it's not in your regular inbox, please check your spam folder. You can participate in MIF by clicking the link in the email.

 

Q. Is there a period after registering for MIF during which I cannot cancel?

A. No, there isn't. You can withdraw at any time. However, it takes about 3 business days for the withdrawal process to be completed. (Our business days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, excluding Sundays, Mondays, and national holidays)
