【What to bring】

・A mat such as a yoga mat or bath towel (for seated meditation and for lying down on the floor after siddhi).
・Water (We recommend frequent hydration. Please bring a plastic bottle or water bottle.)
・Warm clothing such as a blanket or jacket (The venue's air conditioning will be set slightly lower to create an environment conducive to meditation.)
