【What to bring】

・A mat such as a yoga mat or bath towel (for sitting meditation on the floor and lying on the floor after siddhi.)
・Water (We recommend frequent hydration. Please bring a plastic bottle or water bottle.)
・Warm clothing such as a blanket or jacket (To create an environment conducive to meditation, the air conditioning in the venue will be set slightly lower.)

【Cancellation Policy】

Cancellations due to personal reasons are accepted, but refunds are not available. Please confirm the date and time before applying.

However, it is acceptable to transfer your registration to an acquaintance. (If transferred, please provide the name and email address of the transferee via email.)
