【What to Bring】

・A mat or towel, such as a yoga mat or bath towel (there will be meditation sitting on the floor and poses lying on the floor after siddhi).
・Water (we recommend frequent hydration. Please bring a plastic bottle or thermos).
・Warm clothing, such as a blanket or jacket (to create an environment conducive to meditation, the air conditioning in the venue will be set a little lower).
